Many users of My Eetmeter utilize it as a tool for weight loss. The 'My New Balance' feature is designed to help with this. Weekly, you can see:

MY VOEDINGSCENTRUM

My Eetmeter synchronizes data with the website www.mijnvoedingscentrum.nl. You can use the same login credentials for both platforms. The website offers additional useful tools, and you can download and print your diary and results.
